Just like sweetwater (1988).

(Ofcourse i am not saying that the young one must be involved )

Just maybe present in the same bedroom /scene.

There are many such scenes throughout movie history. Well, one example that I posted for before is [REL] Orphan (2009)

Near the end of 2015 movie Lamb there is a scene like that, although its more like a temporary father figure. Its also going for soul crushing in tone if that matters.
