[Code] I was genuinely able to laugh and enjoy myself while watching the movie. It was lovely and beautiful. I wish it were a feature film.

I usually request movies that I've seen or enjoyed. I rarely even add emule links. This film is one of them. :drool

Thanks, Night. But the short film has hardcoded English subtitles (at least on Vimeo).

The subtitles are from the YouTube link and are for the emule/pixeldrain link.

I know, ;) Just wanted to mention that you don't need them for Vimeo.

BTW: This is a very funny short film.

In my opinion, the DDL and emule link should have been the vimeo link

Youtube is just too compressed unlike Vimeo

I think hardcoded subtitles are a crime against... something. But yeah, Vimeo pretty much always has better video quality than YouTube. In this case both of them have 4k options, which is more than I need for a short. But the person who does the uploading and sharing can choose what they like, right? If someone does not like it then they can download a different option.

Yeah absolutely

I was just stating my opinion

Also, last time I tried downloading a 4k youtube video, i had problems
Like the video was glitchy, laggy etc.

Maybe your computer does not have a 4k screen. I know mine does not, and 4k videos can sometimes overpower it. Even if playback was not a problem, for most videos downloaded I would limit myself to 1080p to save storage space.

OHHHHHHHH. I thought you were saying "Why did you give an English SRT to go with hardcoded English subtitles?' I had to go back and recheck the links because I seriously considered the possibility that I might have done just that!

But I routinely download emule links instead of DDLs or downloading a video myself when I have the workable option.
