Pretty sure is the right one as mentions one of the actresses but much better to get whole film !!

"Zoenzucht" - translates as 'Kissing Urge",
mistakenly assumed to be this girls first (short) movie:

she has a small role in it as a 16 yo.. not relevant, interesting though.
Quality however, is pretty low. Think 2007-youtube quality/
this is rare stuff though.

Sorry about that, popdrome! Thanks for getting us this film. And congrats on getting LMA back online, it's a great site!
Summary
Every time Engel de Wit tries to kiss a boy, something horrible goes wrong: the boy collapses and loses consciousness. This (very hot) summer Engel can't bear it any longer and she goes to a doctor, but even he can't think of a cure. He asks the help of a scientist who is familiar with her disease (Plato's syndrome), but the scientist only sees her as a freak. Meanwhile the doctor has become very interested in Engel.

Sounds like a great short!! Very OT sounding whether it contains OT scenes or not.
