I got that same message about the same film a few weeks back. Nothing to worry about. As far as copyright law goes, I doubt any sane country would waste the time and resources in applying for the extradition of someone using p2p. Assuming of course you don't live in hte country of the film you are filesharing.

Anyway, French laws are not the same as in other countries and do not apply to peoples living outside France. Since a few months, French can no more use emule to share any movies at all, including those without copyrighted content.

That is not the case everywhere, and they cannot do anything about it...

The fact that you receive this message indicates that you probably don't use an IP filter file or an outdated one. Else you shouldn't be able to connect to officials who are trying to trap sharers by getting their IPs and file lists.

Talking of IP filters, I just uninstalled PG
It appears that it has stopped downloading updates for P2P and whatever the other update name was (I forget now). All iv been getting is error connecting messages.
Iv checked the PG forums, and although they have touched on the subject, none of there solutions worked for me, albeit most of the discussions there are way over my head anyway.

I’m not sure what to do now.
