Review:

There's an episode-by-episode synopsis at http://dvd.ciao.co.uk/Shaka_Zulu_Box_Se ... ew_5503828 that gives an idea of the timeline for the series.

My guess is episode 4, maybe 5, though if the sister is much younger it could be pretty much any of them. EDIT: Had a quick look at both 4 and 5 and neither look like the episode in question.
