Who in here have iPod Touch or iPhone ? I have iPod Touch and love it! I've been collecting alot of cool apps like games, news, sports, messengers
and so on. I just found VLC Player Remote for iPod Touch and you can add that app for watching movies on IPT or IP!

There are 2 of them you can choose...

VLC Player Remote - FREE : standard version remote controls like stop, play, next, volume.

VLC Player Remote - Paid Version $2.99 : Lets you remotely control your VLC Media Player on your MAC or PC

So, what do ya think of this ? I have it now and its awesome :thumbsup

ok, I was playing with it and click "add file" to play a video, but it just show up on computer to play video but not on ipod touch... so, VLC only plays avi which is that it won't work on ipod touch. I had to use video converter program to convert file format from avi to mp4 to play video on ipod touch.

it would be cool if VLC to add a new file format that can play video on ipod touch!

I still use a <gasp> Dell AximX51v PDA. It will stream movies, especially if you use a memory card, but I mainly use it for reading books - I always have 20 or 30 on it. The book readers that are out now are a joke - $250 US for a pad that's way too big to be carried around outside the house, and that's all they do, while the PDA is an actual computer that I can run spreadsheets on, do email, etc. Sadly, it seems the PDA makers are all going away. :(
