sorry i didn't rip the subs but hopefully when kev gets his copy he can oblige us. if really needed i could do a smaller rip with subs hard coded.

yes this make take a little while. but still a shorter wait than many posts here. (another day maybe) i have limited bandwidth and can only full throttle certain times of the day.

and yes this is worth the wait. i started playing this on my big screen to check the quality and ended up watching the whole movie. besides the special moments of which there are plenty. it is a great movie.

Just started to download, thus I cannot say anything about the movie yet. The above comments gave me an impression that it would be a super-fantastic movie, though, so I am looking forward to seeing it. Great OT, hopefully

Very cool, ptg! Finally FLM has this released!!

My shipment is stuck across town at the DHL facility and I hope to be able to pick it up tomorrow. (I had it shipped to my PO Box as I'm away from my house from 8AM to 7:30PM and I don't want the package sitting in my mailbox or on my front porch all day. Of course DHL won't deliver to a PO Box.. )

I'll work to get the subs by the weekend.

What's the point of upscaling DVD rips, though? Or was it BD

If the DVD resolution is 720x576, then the most optimal rip resolution is IMO 720x576 (or maybe a bit smaller to remove black borders). Most players are able to scale avi during playback to keep aspect ratio. See my "High Season" or "Ikke Naken" rips, for example.

Just scanned the movie quickly, looks nice. Somewhat similar to [REL] Viva Cuba (2005), which has a toilet scene too. Didn't see any wet pants in this one, though
