Would you mind to post your pics a bit smaller? My notebook has a 1920x1200 display, but I'm running Firefox with a "Favorites" - sidebar, so if you use HDTV resolution, I have to scroll...and like any other idler, I'm so laaazy...

i had to go into the next room to see the rest of it.
I made that pic a clickable thumbnail using the thumbnail image from lma.
Here's what I saw of that image originally -- it made me wonder whether I really wanted to see this film, and whether the age limit here is 16, or 61?

what I don't see on yr snapshot, FLL is the "imaged resized" button, click here to enlarge.
Remember Ghost programmed that so big size images could be posted in the threads?
Now perhaps you can teach me how you did that!
lol I agree he looks a bit like Gollum, but the more prettier the lil girl, right?

It's not my snapshot, it's yours.

I don't remember any such thing actually. But I think the standard html img tag (using < not [) has always worked, and one of the standard parameters is width. Your browser loads the whole image but displays it at the size you've specified.
This allows you to display a huge picture in a more friendly size. It however does use more bandwidth, though as time goes on that matters less. In order to view the full picture, the user needs to right-click the image and select view image (or whatever it is in your browser of choice). Very few will ever do that, which is why I prefer thumbnails-- people are used to clicking on images thumbnail size. But it might work best for such images and is up to you.
(If you want to see the actual code for how to do this, click 'Quote' for this post and you will see it.)
