They are indoor scenes. It is supposed to be dark. The rip comes from blu ray and plays nice on big screen.

Synopsis:

HELL is a stark, post-apocalyptic thriller in the tradition of THE ROAD and NO BLADE OF GRASS, a rare horror film that relies on character and atmosphere instead of gore.
