Well, it's very clean and minimal now, to be sure. One thing I am missing, though, is having a link produce its own tab when you click it. Is that gone forever now, or just something that's waiting to be tweaked? Regardless, nice job, mimzy! :)

Everything can be tweaked for sure, but I don't understand what you mean. Links and pics still open in new tab when clicked.

Note that there are two styles installed (the default can be set in UCP):

Perhaps I just haven't found it yet but I don't see a new posts button unless I log in. Being forced to login and or sort through dates is not something I care for. It has been nice to quickly check when I visit and not have to reveal to others my presence. Is this intentional or am I simply not seeing the option?

If you're using "Elegance" style it's in the upper left corner...

mimzy, the temporary folder for attachments seems to be missing. I was going to post the prior pic as an attachment instead of through postimage.

Code: Select all

Error

Temporary folder could not be found. Please check your PHP installation.

It is not intentional, but may work differently in the new version. I've never used the "new posts" button myself, so I don't even know how it worked before. I wonder how it kept track of which posts you had seen without logging in... Based on cookies?

Could "active topics" be an alternative? I always use that myself.

I didn't notice the icon in the upper left corner, active topics is what I was looking for. :D (Not my usual routine to click different icons/symbols to find something). That being found I see no problems other than getting used to new. So far I am indifferent . :|
