All those screen capture softwares... Does it mean that I must leave my PC alone when they are doing ther work (capturing movie)?

Yeah, you have to put it on full screen and don't touch anything while it records. If the pointer appears because you moved the mouse, that shows up in the rip. That's why I recommand Audials It doesn't record any overlays (when you're recording a movie from your web browser) and (of course) not your mouse.
