It has been a long time since I have used Kaspersky so I am not quite familiar with their notifications anymore. OK, here are my stupid questions:

Where in the Spoiler does it indicate the problem is postimage? All I see is that it is a problem in firefox.

Should we therefore not use postimage to post images on FLM? Would this be a risk for FLM, or only for ourselves? I don't particularly want to cause problems for FLM, but I admit to occasionally engaging in risky online behavior that could affect me.

I appreciate this kind of warning, I am just not sure how to interpret the information. Thanks.

Hmmm so Kaspersky says, that postimage.org contains some kind of adware. Some details would be helpful.
I don't think that a website like postimage could damage your system or something like that.

To my opinion, antivirus programs has become pretty useless. Windows Defender has become really good during the last years and gives you a really good protection.

Of course companies like Kaspersky want to sell their software and still say that you can't live without them.

I got the warning as soon as I clicked on an image that took me to postimg.cc
This is one of the links. https://postimg.cc/KRtGp0z3
As the report says, it is not a virus, per se. Just noticed the alert, so posted here.
Btw. many of the other links to postimg.cc take you to the correct image hosted at pixxels.cc - not sure what exactly is going on there.

Thanks for reporting, emuler.

Nothing is wrong on my side, when I click on that imgage. I think we don't have to be afraid.

When I followed the link I said "WTF is that!??!?!" Searching for it at FLM, I see that I am almost done DownMuling that short, so soon I can figure it out. It looks weird, though I am probably unnecessarily disturbed.

[EDIT: Ohhhhhhhhh. Not so disturbing.]

Oh yes, thank you for the heads up warning just in case! It pays to be safe.

Don't want to start another thread for this, but could someone do a find+replace and change postimg.org to postimg.cc ?

Oops. I think we broke something. They might have fixed the hosting. Now postimages.cc is not going anywhere. :wall :icon_1idiot
I think it needs to be reverted, or changed to postimg.cc
Sorry, mimzy.
