In her diary, eleven year old Ziggy writes about the many sad things that happen during the worst drought in history. She also reports the frequent dreams people in her town have about water.
In one of the dreams, a beautiful and talented girl plays the viola on top of an empty water tank. Clouds gather around her and begin to weep at the beauty of her playing.
