There is a Dutch language ~ 10 min short film called "de menstruatie" (the menstrual cycle). It is an educational film aimed at girls that explains the changes to expect during adolescence. I have come up empty handed trying to find this thing anywhere. Maybe there is a kind Dutchman somewhere that has a copy?
