I wonder why they won't show episode S02E13. On Saturday November 25th again S02E01. Last time there was no S02E13 either. Although according to IMDB there is such an episode. S2.E13 ∙ Katie Morag and the Worst Day Ever.

11 premiered today online. I can not find an online upcoming schedule, but for television broadcast I see 12 premiering tomorrow (Sunday), so presumably it will be online too. And then I see it starting over with Episode 1 next week.

They are apparently calling 13 a "Special" and not an "Episode", learning tricks from South Park.

Yes, they do. With my pure ISP. Wothout any VPN or proxy. Very strange...

I think you should study some geography and look at a map. You might be surprised to find that you are actually in the United Kingdom, and never knew it!

Or ... more likely ... BBC has sharing arrangements with some other regions that are not strictly speaking U.K., but that reciprocate with their own content.

Or ... you have one hell of an ISP that has a philosophical difference with geoblocking and just goes around it because it feels like it. Surely if anyone can evade geoblocking, THEY can!
