Looking for an OT movie but do not know the name, can anyone help?

This is my first post here and it's a request.
Many years ago, when CiC was still active, I watched a clip from a movie where a woman allows a young boy of may be 12 to feel the b*****s of a similarly aged girl. The woman stops him when he seems to get comfortable
. even the language was foreign to me.
I know this is too vague, but can anyone point me in the right direction. Been trying to find this movie since i joined FLM.
