I did find a number of torrents for the movie, but I did not know if they were the same or different file versions from the direct-download links you gave and that I downloaded. If they are the same, then I do not need to use the torrents for those.

It looks like the "115 client" requires an account and login, so I stopped at that point in exploring the links. But honestly, I was more interested in helping YOU if I could. You said earlier:
I'm looking for the VHS version of Ie naki Ko season 2 episode 6 and 9?Or the TV version of Episode 1-13.
... so I was looking to complete those episodes for YOU. I do not think I would ever get through two whole seasons of another series! I can manage a few episodes and the movie, like you suggested.

For season two, I only found a torrent with no seeders. It looks like it is has the same versions you already have for episodes 6 and 9 anyway. Sorry, I tried!

At least I found a torrent of the 720p movie, but no seeders. There's also a file in eMule, but no complete source. So where did you grab it from, Night457?

BTW: The 1080p version with big yellow English hardsubs has a pretty good picture quality, but they're hardcoded. :(

I had to put ghost on the back burner while dealing with other FLM issues, but I WAS getting to responding to him!

See THIS portion of the first post:

Go to the "sketchy" Original publishing address.
Scroll down to "Links".
At "Mega raw and subs", copy the hash code at the end of it.
Then click on "here".
DECODE that copied hash code.
Then use the MEGA link to download.

That MEGA folder has the 1080p hardsub, 720p clean, .ass subtitle, and fonts. I don't think I need the fonts as I believe I already have them.

I am bewildered by the need to encode a MEGA address when the decoding instructions are on the same page, but whatever.

Ahhh! I just downloaded the hardsubbed version and didn't look closely to the rest of the text. Thanks a lot!

Yes, that was definitely a concern for me. I always prefer external subtitles, even if they are in a format that makes me do some work. Since the 720p version looked better to me, I did not feel bad about turning away from the 1080p version. I also noticed the 1080p was changed to ~30fps, and I know how badly you tend to react to THOSE.

With the 3Gb 1080p version I saw, it looked good on fairly still images. But I noticed blurred lines when I scrolled quickly through it. I did not see anything like that on the 720p version: it looked good at any speed. I did NOT take the time to sit and watch intense action scenes in the 1080p version at regular speed on a large monitor, so I do not know if it is only "fast-forwarding" that causes the problem. I was not sure exactly the cause of what I saw, but I called it "interlacing" because that is the only kind of lines that I know of!

Do you have any idea what I was seeing? I know that asking you to effectively sit behind my eyeballs is absurd, but it is worth my asking. ;)

Thank you pillowbaker, I agreed with your concerns. I temporarily hid the post while I discussed the issue with aliceclub by Private Message. I ultimately reluctantly accepted his security precautions (some are not stated in the post) and restored the post without any edits by me.

Aliceclub, thank you for EVERYTHING! Still, in the future it would be best if you use Private Message to share accounts with ONE trusted individual. Please do not continue to post that information publicly. I don't need the stress and a heart attack!

Yes, it was transformed to a framerate of 29.97 fps, but you can "detelecine" it back to its original framerate of 23.97 fps. It is working with this file, I already tried it. But my concern are also the hardsubs. I'll see what I can do with the 720p file. We have external subtitles.

Gee, I know that YOU think nothing of fixing a video damaged by foolish mistakes, but *I* certainly don't have time and patience for that! I just move on to another file ... particularly when I already have it.

It is rare enough when I see what I consider issues with a video. Normally those with better eyes are raging against a video that *I* see nothing wrong with!

When uploading three compressed packages at the same time, the progress was stuck at 99% and there was no response after waiting for a long time. Refreshed the browser and everything started again. There are 4 compressed packages in total, 1 of which was successfully uploaded. The phone has run out of battery.

The 11.9GB 1080p file is still downloading (and will take a while, because my mega limit is reached atm). Let's see what we'll get here.

..........

Thanks for all your efforts bringing this rare movie to us, aliceclub. :thumbsup
