OK, I will combine my ridiculous five posts into one and delete the previous versions. I apologize for the repetition, although there is new information here.
Thank you Triela, this weird one does look interesting to me.
IMDB and other sites list it as 80 minutes, but these sites say it is 35 minutes:
https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/grenouilles
https://mubi.com/en/ca/films/grenouilles
https://worldscinema.org/2021/08/grenouilles-1983/
The last one has a nitro link, but I do not do those. (It claims it has English subtitles.) The MUBI comments indicate that the 35 minute version seems incomplete, so maybe there was a full version that is now lost. If we eventually get a video that SEEMS to be complete, story-wise, then we can decide if this actually belongs in Shorts. For now I will wait.
Eva Ionesco was born May 21, 1965. So if she was "barely 16", were they filming in 1981 for this 1983 movie? Just asking. If it was some haphazard production by an eccentric arty director, that could certainly be the case.

Thank you kast1j for the fichier link! (EDIT: I have it now and confirm it as 35 minutes without subtitles.)
Thank you pillowbaker for the torrent link. I had not gotten around to checking torrents, and I don't think I would have remembered if not for your post. Alas, there are 0(0) Seeds and only a 49.4% Peer right now. [EDIT: after two days I canceled it.]

35 minute version streaming, in French without subtitles:

From the 49.3% I have, I found it is the same 35 minute version seen elsewhere. However, it DOES have DVD subtitle options in Spanish, English, and French. [EDIT: I canceled this torrent because of all the other versions released in this thread.]

This different worldscinema link has a nitroflare link for a different version than the English-subtitled one at the top of this post. It looks to be the same video as pillowbaker's torrent and supposedly has English, Spanish, and French subtitles. A Premium nitroflare account should work.
