Well, VHS-rip tells you a lot - it's not going to be digital quality. The rip I have isn't great, but it's watchable. I haven't found any subtitles for this movie (excellent film, by the way). Doesn't mean there aren't any, just haven't found them. Share them if you find them.
I know the eMule link directly above is good - I have it shared.
