A good French movie, I watched it a long time ago, decided to look for it, the search only versions DVDRip 480p, in the best quality it never came out (HD), it's a pity (

Well, ask and you shall receive. Here is the full DVD which also comes with a second film Les filles, personne s'en méfie (2002).

Here are direct links for those who prefer that method or can't use eMule for whatever reason. All I ask is that if you're able to use eMule, please move the file to your shared folder and seed for a while. Every source helps.

Thank you very much Deadman for these two great movies, and for the Mega link, I think this version is better ;)

Wheeeeeeeeee! Thank you deadman for the DVD! I looked and found something-something. See next post.

Thank you ghost, for reminding me why in the heck I looked into this movie earlier in the year even though the thread was nearly empty.

Thank you Alex, for the boot to... errr... the gentle bump to this thread.

Just now I found an eMule download completed, a 1080p upscale with hardcoded English subtitles.
Anyone interested, decide for yourselves the visual quality.

[LATER EDIT: This is an upscale in SIZE to 1080p. It is NOT an AI-Upscale of QUALITY like ghost makes. Sorry.]

MEGA RAR LINKS for 3.82Gb 1080p size upscale:

Also there is an English external subtitle that exactly matches the hardcoded English subtitles.
Someone may want to use them to translate to another language if they do not like the English / Czech / French / German / Bosnian options at opensubtitles: https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/search ... bid-115797

Matching English subtitles:

Bad news. Someone either took a dvdrip or file that was downloaded from a site like vk.com or mail.ru and upconverted it. It's not an AI upscale - although results from such a LQ source would've looked even worse. They just took a low quality rip and resized it to 1920x1080. The DVD looks much better. Disappointing, I was hoping for a true 1080p web-dl.

Sorry to get your hopes too high, Alex & deadman. But I did not claim it was an AI-upscale, just an upscale. For years that is what people have called video that has been embiggified from Standard Def. Whenever a 1080p was just a file made larger from standard def and was not taken from an original remastered film source, they would say "Eh, it's just an upscale." Video pirates need to give me their new dictionary so I can keep up. Uprezzing? Upsizing? AI Upscaling should be super-HQ-awesome-izing to avoid confusion? Other people arbitrarily decide to change the definitions of words I thought I knew, and this old dog... Anyway, we have gotten spoiled with AI Upscales like ghost routinely makes. This file is not like that. I passed it along with only a quick look because I was focusing on subtitles for other projects. I thought for certain that Alex had bumped the thread a few DAYS ago and that therefore that was how long I had been down-eMuling the file! But no, not even half a day. :?

I HAVE ADDED MEGA LINKS TO MY PREVIOUS POST, for anyone who likes bigger video.

Yes deadman, the DVD does indeed look terrific! Given the lack of True Full High Definition, that is exactly what *I* wanted. Thanks again!
