This weird. I hope that the scenes were just cut together and the little girl didn't even see the naked adult.

I don't think so.
Maybe it wasn't necessary and more so coming from a place where they don't cover the eyes of children if there is a protest where there are naked people.
I'm sure the actress visits saunas or nudist beaches.
