Is this a nudist marathon or a "flash" mob? I started out curious how jezevex figured out it was a music video, because we have some ridiculously short "shorts" here that are not music-related. I searched around and all I found were links indicating the length and Cast/Crew, nothing else. Now I am curious where you found actual screenimages! If you found the video somewhere, please feel free to share a link to where it is even if it is Off Topic. The site may have videos that ARE on-topic, and we can add it to our personal list of resources.

Moved from Music Videos to Short Films. There is music on the soundtrack but the point is to tell a "story".

I would call this barely* On Topic rather than definitely Off Topic. There are a number of children who appear among the crowd of younger adults. Given the short length of 4 minutes 40 seconds, their time on screen is enough to count. They have just as much importance to the film as anyone else in the crowd, as only the Piper is anything close to an actual "character".

Plot by me:

Some naked guy gets a tattoo on his butt. He then wanders through and out of town as a Pied Piper, gathering naked people on a march as he goes.

Intended as light-hearted nudist propaganda, maybe?
I want to know what that temple is at the end.

In Italy, fortunately, these things don't happen, that nudists go around the streets having fun with children, because we have very strict laws. (Especially on Pedophilia.)

Eh, they are just walking. Nothing dangerous in that unless a driver is distracted. That is why I think nudism is fine in designated areas like a resort or a beach!

Walking naked on the beach in front of people and children? absolutely not, it is strictly forbidden, for example if you go on holiday in Italy and have the courage to walk completely naked on the beach, the Italians stop you INSTANTLY like stray dogs and immediately call the police to report you for nudism. Episodes like this happen to me in Italy every summer, I don't know about you.

I am not a nudist and I don't go to the beach: I burn easily. I just don't object to people who do it! Going swimming without clothes seems sensible to me, too. I do not know of any nudist areas near where I live, but I am not a member of that culture so I would not necessarily know.

I would absolutely have a problem with a nudist restaurant. Please, I am trying to eat, get your junk out of my face...
