I do not have Lifetime or Roku here in the U.S. Fortunately, emule has made me an "Honorary Scandinavian". Thank you Skalman!

This one line of dialog AT THE END OF THE MOVIE I found unintentionally (?) funny.

I can not resist watching the end of a movie first. Please do not spoil it for the normal people who do not do that. I Spoilered my post to tempt the sick people like me.

I think that should say it all. :P

I no longer feel the need to abide by viewer "rules". There are too many movies that start out with a decent premise and interesting characters only to ruin it with a bad ending. If I watch that first then I know whether or not it is worth giving my time to it. (This is VERY easy to do now that home movies have advanced to the stage of being digital files that can be scrolled though on the computer. Doing that with a VHS would be silly.) I may not entirely understand the ending without the rest of the movie, but I can tell whether or not it is stupid. And if I decide to watch the whole thing and fall asleep, I at least know how it turns out.

This movie had a decent ending, so I am not worried that the ending will ruin it.

Also - there have been some threads recently about "nasty" horror movies. I have seen plenty, enough to know that I generally do not enjoy them any more. So if I download one that I am iffy about watching and take a quick scroll through, I can decide "this one is OK for me" or "ugh no not this one". It is not as if they are actually going to come up with a horror movie ending that I have not already seen dozens of times already!

90 percent of anything is shit. It doesn't really matter what it is. The same applies if you like alternative rock or dining out.

If I don't care too much about spoiling a movie sometimes I'll skip through to preview it before I actually watch it. Not necessarily to the end but just to get a general idea of what it is.

Sometimes I end up skipping through movies as I'm watching, if it's predictable or plodding along. I want to finish it, but I also really want it to be over with.

90 percent of ...
Sturgeon's Law!

But shit is necessary. Too many days without shit can be very unpleasant. 8-)

Yeah, I have fast-forwarded through a movie. Now I simply shut it off and I never get back to watching it. Some movies are so awful that I quickly delete them.

I fast-forwarded through it and deleted it again. One of the worse TV movies in my opinion. But that's only my opnion.
