Thanks i really enjoyed this, a good film for this time of year. I had not heard of this true story so looked it up and found the Wiki page, the film does stick very close to the true events. There is even a pic of the real Hazel, but do NOT read it before seeing the film, that's why I wont post the link as it does reveal pretty much everything that happens in the film including the ending, as i said the film is very accurate!

Here is an interesting chat with Will and Franni who co-wrote/sung the end credits song, this vid is 17 mins long, but is not just about the song as they reveal some other stuff, including that Franni was cast to play the teacher before any talk of the song as they did not know she was a singer! - about half way though it starts including some behind the scenes footage and a visit to the set by the real life Great Nephew of Hazel! They are talking right next to the set and at one point mist starts floating over towards them, which is when they reveal that fact!
