Hi all
I have the new windows media player 11 and I just downloaded a movie called Olive et Tom.
For some reason it will not play and this has happened before with 11, do I need new codecs are am I screwed about this movie and will have to delete it as useless.
Any help thanks, I don't like to give up on a movie if I can help it.
Still trying to figure out where I got the title from.

Hi rmt
I can’t stand WMP, its got loads of features and yet can’t handle many videos.
Sometimes WMP attempts to download the correct codec’s, but more than often it fails to download them.
Hell, the old fashioned WMP classic plays more content than the latest WMP!
Install VLC and set it to play all video content;
Now you will be able to watch everything without all the gimmicky features of sucky WMP.

Can't get VLC to play DivX or mkv ? They both play fine on WMPClassic ?
Thx

Strange, I dont have that problem.
Eitherway, avoid the latest WMP's.

Mmm did quick em search on Olive et Tom and comes up with something which looks like a series - just curious - any good ? (assuming WMPClassic did the trick !)
