Re: [REL] Anna - annA (1992) [Switzerland]
Is this movie named something else in another language? I know I downloaded this movie some time or another but don't have it in my catalog. RFF lists it as also call Anna ja Anna but that's not in my catalog either. The director is Jürgen Brauer who also directed Gritta. I don't recall any OT scenes in this but it was a cute movie and I'm sure I would have saved it.

Thanks FLL!!!
Thanks FLL!!!

OK, I haven't "released" anything, but I am sharing a lot of movies with extremely low sources (hoping to get more of those to share...), which I also consider a contribution.sweetbay wrote:True, free - but I have problems with bumping without any gifts in return.emuler wrote:A free DVD shop.sweetbay wrote: I guess you think you are in a DVD shop
In fact, I think we have enough "releasers", but not enough people who are willing to share old files with low sources. If my observations are correct, then "releasers" are only sharing their own files and even then only a couple of weeks back. Old FLM releases have no sources at all, unless they have spread out of the FLM community (or coming from outside in the first place). Of course FLL can share almost everything when asked, but bothering FLL all the time is kinda embarrassing. Moreover, if FLL decides to retire from FLM, we will lose most of the archive...
PS. It is downloading steadily. Thanks again!

No worries. A little bit of joshing/ leg pulling between forum members is normal and healthy.
It is natural that releasers give priority to their new releases; after all, they just released them, and are the only source. Older releases, while not dead, will therefore take a little longer to complete. Also, no one has infinite disk capacity or upload speed. so some pruning and manipulation is inevitable.
As you have mentioned, bumping the thread with a polite request generally does the trick.

"if FLL decides to retire from FLM" -- never thought these words of catweazle would turn into reality so soon
Fortunately we could at least save most of the movie archive. I'm very grateful to FLL (and other members who helped to share) for that.
An admin position will always be reserved for FLL if he wants to return.

Sorry guys, wasn't around. If I was I would've shared it earlier.
Don't go quietly into the night.
