Don't know the movie 'L'enfant oublie', but I do know the series 'Josephine Ange Gardien'... It's about a dwarf [...uh, Little Person] Guardian Angel named Josephine.
I think billanben or someone released an episode sometime back where Josephine helped a young girl. This might be it, but the series itself is similar to the American show 'Touched by an Angel' and doesn't focus on children, per se...

eerrrggghhhh WTF was I thinking.... melodramatic drama about a female dwarf with just about the dumbest expression her face through the enitre film, no i haven't watched it all, could hardly bear the first 5 minutes.

Ha! Actually i have nothing against dwarves (or little people) that guy from Bad Santa is really cool (VERY funny film!) and that guy from Austin Powers ha ha cool

I saw one other episode with a young dancer girl and nice scenes (w/o OT) (where the mom had some money problems). But no available on Emule. I still search.
I pretty sure there is 1 or 2 nice other episodes.
This one is cool. Typicaly tv french.
