Schatjes was also a very different time. Funnily that shower scene seemed way more explicit than the Sex scene they filmed (which was fairly disappointing in my opinion and especially after they had gone all in/out with that shower scene before). Felt like wasted potential and didn’t make too much sense to me. That sex scene was just shot weirdly

You couldn't show too much, it was short but I did like it.

But that's what disappoints me.

I’ve read to this day it was one of the most successful domestic Dutch films.

I do have a 1080p.WEB-DL but it isn’t a remaster as far as I know and not much better than what we got so far.

People have done 1080p upscales of the DVD. If you're looking for a true 1080p web-dl, the kind captured from Amazon Prime or other streaming services, nothing like that exists right now.

Thanks for the information. I didn't think there was a true 1080 at present. It's frustrating how many great films there that can only be found on DVD currently, and sometimes not even then. Thank goodness for Topaz and similar programs, and the efforts of so many people here to generate subtitles in English.
