Synopsis
'Jan auf der Zille' tells the exiting journey of the 13-year-old motherless red haired Jan, who is searching for his father. It is the year 1934 in Nazi germany.
The merciless hunting of all political opponents is no secret anymore. In the small town near the Elbe (german river 
), where Jan thinks he could find his father, terrible things are waiting for him. The Police tells him, that his father has drowned after he ran away because of murdering someone. His picture is shown in all newspapers...

ok it's a boy movie but the girl have nice roles
... i've seen and it is very exciting
for the translation i've used this german text

Die gnadenlose Verfolgung aller politischen Gegner ist kein Geheimnis mehr. In der kleinen Stadt an der Elbe, wo Jan seinen Vater vermutet, erwartet ihn Fürchterliches. Von der Polizei erfährt er, dass der Vater nach einem Mord auf der Flucht ertrunken sei. Sein Bild sieht ihm von allen Zeitungen…

OK; i edited the translation.. Not perfect, but maybe a little bit more english
