Anyone know why all the large servers have vanished from my emule?
The largest one I have now (hence connected to) is stormsex.net, with just 12.76m files.
This has been going on for a few days now.
I assume the good severs will magically appear again, just like all the sexy named servers do every other day on eMule.

The Dutch anti-piracy outfit BREIN scored two successful operations against file-sharing communities Torrent.to and the remnants of Razorback.
...
If you’ve been keeping up in the eDonkey2000 world, you’ll remember that Razorback’s network was forced offline in a dramatic raid in February 2006. The raid crippled the sub-network of eDonkey2000, which helped over 3 million individuals trade files. After the raids and when the dust settled, a few new servers with the Razorback name came online. The remaining servers which had, at least in name, called themselves “Razorback” have finally been swept away, as BREIN succeeded once again in forcing their web host to disconnect the eDonkey2000 sub-network.
My eMule was offline for the last two days, and when I started it again it was eerie. eMule sat there for 15 minutes with no peers at all, it was connected to a server but that server didn't have any of the files I was downloading and I had no Kad contacts either. I got going by searching for and starting to download a file I knew would have >100 peers, connecting to them bootstrapped everything.

I assume the masses will just hook up to a new server and everything will be fine until the next take-down.
And around and around it will go.

That many files would normally make me suspicious it's a fake server, a honeypot set up by the copyright police to trap people and feed them fake links.
Combine that with the fact some servers have been recently taken down, and it makes it even more likely the MPAA/RIAA/whoever are running it. Disable it or remove it from your server list. It's not enough to simply connect to a different server, because periodically eMule checks all the other non-connected servers in your list to find more peers for files you are downloading.

Now one has appeared that had over 300m files.
They are ok though. They appeared when I clicked a safe server link in this thread.
1.4m users connected as well, so I guess its def ok.
