The best version is the blizzardkid DVD5 from the 6 yandex links that pillowbaker posted. They extract to a Video_TS folder of the PAL DVD5. The only bonus features are trailers, so I used MakeMKV to ... make an uncompressed 576p MKV of just the feature film. No subtitles. Mainly a boy movie, but there is a little girl action. https://sensitivecontent.info/movie.php?id=20824

Audio #1 : AC-3 at 448 kb/s
Infos : 6 channels, 48.0 kHz
Language : nl [Dutch: Flemish] [IMDB and the DVD say "Dutch", blizzardkid says "Flemish". My understanding is that Flemish is the Belgian variety of Dutch, specifically in Flanders -- where this was filmed. My ears would not tell me one way or another, but it seems reasonable to call it Flemish.]
