Don't get me wrong idler, I LOVE Charlotte! Even now as she's older and looking like she's been 'ridden hard', I love her sullen acting style.
Phuzzy and I have been over this before in another [other] thread
. Rather than argue her 'cuteness' as she is NOW, I conceded to his observation that though the children in THIS film are cute it's too bad that Charlotte isn't.
Honestly, she'd probably be the first one to tell you SHE doesn't want to be thought of as 'cute'..
But don't get me wrong; as a 'coming-of-age' actress, Charlotte has always had an erotic, exotic, waif-like look about her that I find enchanting and attractive. Now that she's an adult, I still admire her and find her looks intriguing, but not 'cute'.
Thanks for the pix, idler; that's the Charlotte I've always been drawn to.
