emule plus questions (please helP, thanks)

I am a complete computer noob,I have use emule in the past but it takes long (sorry if it sounds like I am whining) but I am using emule plus, it's a little better.Anyways this site is awesome and I was wondering what preference should I use for emule plus to I can downlaod faster? what priority should I choose? on time left is says 17 days and then jumped to 35 days, dois that a good thing and is that how long the file will take? sorry for all the questions.And how do I share on emule plus and does that make downlaoding faster? and what server should I choose?

Take a look at Step-by-Step eMule Setup - a lot of your questions will be answered there.

It's not unusual for some downloads to take quite awhile if they're not well-seeded, but speed vastly improves if your eMule is set up correctly. Hope this helps.

Thank you and sorry for the double post, my computer has a virus and is very slow.

I'd say that's the first thing you need to fix. Try SuperAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes, and Spybot (use Google to find their web pages). These three will fix it if it's possible without reinstalling the OS. All have free versions. Don't rely on your antivirus no matter what brand it is - these three work when the antivirus programs don't.
