Can you tell us a little more about this film? I'm sure you don't want to have to wait years for someone to get around to looking for it because you didn't make it interesting enough to bother with (like some of the requests I've been working on for the last few weeks).

I did a fairly good search on this and what jezevex is saying is that RFF lists many keywords on this movie. Other than that there really isn't any information on this that can easily be found. Not even a storyline. It was a made for tv movie and it is German is all I got. 
Found a little on the story line in German. Something about kids taking an adventure on the way to summer camp and trouble occurring when family arrives? Perhaps someone else can give a better translation. In this case Google is not my friend.
Anstatt gleich ins Ferienlager zu fahren, wollen zwei Jungen lieber etwas erleben: Sie reisen mit Pferd und Wagen auf Umwegen ins Lager im Erzgebirge und machen dabei nicht nur angenehme Erfahrungen, bis sie schließlich ziemlich lädiert ankommen. Fernseh-Kinderfilm mit erzieherischer Note.

I've run into that same thing so many times the last few weeks. 
I confess I wasn't going to even start looking for this until more info was posted - it looked like so many of Rich's posts that had just the name of a film and nothing more. The title translates to something like "We're Not Lame Ducks".

Yeah, I tried different translations and kept getting political crap. Lame Ducks is appropriate.
