A detail in movies too specific to focus on and too much in the direction of a fetish. Nothing we should be highlighting IMHO. ;)

Well, I think thumbsucking is cute. Besides, I have a theory that kids suck thumb when they have wet pants. Can't remember any particular thumbsucking scenes in movies, though :(

I too think it can be cute but also think it is not a good idea to highlight any specific interests(fetishes) one may have towards children and no I cannot think of any movies off hand that would happen to include a youngster still attached to the thumb.

Well, it's a helluva lot more respectable fetish than liking seeing kids wet their pants... ;)

Actually one title that stands out in my mind is 'Smash Palace'.

There's a scene where the parents are arguing and their daughter runs into a closet or the corner of her room and curls up on the floor holding her blanket and sucking her thumb. It stood out to me because I was intrigued by the way she rubbed the bridge of her nose with her pointer finger as she sucked. Since then I've seen a number of kids do it and I always think of that movie.

Very cool!! You found the scene! Another aspect of it that I remember now is that she was flicking the flashlight on and off.. The whole scene was pretty powerful.. :think
