Both subtitles correspond to issue refered by me and also above. The Czech subtitles were translated from English ones, both having the same timing.

My Czech subtitles are encoded in Windows Latin2, but after conversion to UTF-8 (including BOM marker) as a text file, you can use them with intelligent viewers (including VLC) after setting it to corresponding UNICODE font. By this way, you can view subtitles in cyrilic, Chinese, Hebrew, devanagari or Egyptian hieroglyphs without resetting viewer default encoding.

thanks to flm on the advise for subs.

i also kept the file size under 1gb for faster download with no loss of quality from the original dvd vob. cheers
