Welcome to FLM, winski. A quick search in ed2k shows tons of "Hansel and Gretel Witch Hunters" but I didn't see anything about this film. This is a television movie and H & G has been remade so many times, Google search shows 22 millions hits.
Maybe someone else has some leads?

i have already looked for this recently and didn't find it. When searching for a common name search both the title and the director and or one of the actors names, it will give you better results.
