It's OT movie trust me but i don't want create discussion for queue connection bandwidth and similar like this so...
i decided to create a zipfolder o rarfolder to put this in a file host with password.
I start to prepare the thread and when anyone d/l the file can release in the thread and that will the source...
Can you tell me a free host file that upload a large file 680mb and also can d/l without wait hours to d/l the file?

You can simply password-protect (encrypt) a rar or zip file, so you don't need a host with password. Also, you can create a multipart rar or zip file if the limit is lower than 680 MB. So you have many more file hosts to choose from.

I don't have enough experience to recommend any specific host, but recently I had surprisingly good experience with rapidshare (using jdownloader) - download speed about 500 kB/s, downloading multiple parts without wait time, no captcha. I wonder if they lost too many clients with their former restrictions  Don't know if they still limit the number of downloads if the file has been uploaded by an unregistered user.
