Hi everyone !
I have a challenge for you : there is a French series of TV movies called "Regards d'enfance", centered around children, that were made in the 1990s.
One of them features Candice Lefranc from La Baule Les Pins, another one features Salomé Stévenin, and a couple also feature Laura Martel, one of my favs :)
Problem is : the whole series are available on Youtube, but I can't download them ! I miss time and still my Internet connexion, so can anyone try ?

Here's the address, all of the movies are shared by the same user : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DrsWOCpT ... e=youtu.be

Thanks

Reasta

Very nice movies, but videos seem to be undownloadable.
The behaviour of youtube is strange. If I try to jump to another position, it freezes.
Could somebody help how to grab them ???

I could be wrong but I think YouTube is changing their format or setups again to try to prevent downloading. Some are downloadable, some aren't. Different Firefox tools I use show the different resolutions available and how many MB each is. For these videos the sizes never show up and nothing is downloadable. If you go to the direct url of the video (where it's really stored) you get a "Try again later" message. This happens on "watch", "embed", http and https pages. We'll probably have to wait until YT gets done playing around and the Firefox plugin makers have a chance to catch up.

People should also be aware Firefox itself has added protections for sites that use https: but also have content sent by http: (for instance, embedding YouTube videos here). If you see the little shield in the address bar, [Image] you have to click it and select "Disable Protection On This Page. This was just added to Firefox recently and I haven't found a way to disable it. I don't really want to disable it, but being able to whitelist sites would be useful because it shows on every page with mixed http/https..

The most surprising thing is that this channel has been so for a while (more than a year), and I have tried many MANY ways to capture the vid. Except by playing it and recording it with a screen-capture program, I don't know what to do ! Keepvid.com had always worked with youtube vids when I found those movies, so I don't know what happens with this particular one... I keep trying but I thought a little help from you was not a bad idea ;)
