I have looked everywhere for more info on this one but could not find anything. Maybe it is known under a different name?

A short film about coming of age, childhood and chemistry.

"Ståtrold" as far as I can tell is Danish for the name of a game that kids play, similar to "freeze-tag" (literally: "Standing-troll). "Kortfilmen" just means short film.

There are no subtitles but I doubt many here will complain seeing as how there is very little dialog and also the visuals make this short worthwhile on their own.

Bonus for me: The music is very melodic and bubbly and percussion-y... reminds me of múm which just happens to be my favorite band of all-time.

I checked out the still-working YouTube link in the first post and I remember this one well. The subs will help me because I can not stand listening to the SOUND in this one! The music is fine, it is the effects that bother me. It has overamplified crispy-crackly-bubbly noises that may be foley that is supposed to represent the sound of the water in the pool. I am not one of those ASMR freaks so I find it extremely annoying.

But dammit it has some pretty images. Now I will watch it silent with subtitles.

It is only slightly higher resolution at 540p, but quality is slightly better (edit: I am now second-guessing myself about that). I am wondering if this another one of ghost's unmentioned treasures. So far subs match up perfectly as well!
