This is supposedly the first film appearance of Shirley Temple. This is also the first of the "Baby Burlesk" series: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baby_Burlesks. Toddlers in diapers act out adult roles. In this one, the children's dialog is spoken by an adult doing comical voices and accents. (Later shorts had the children speaking their own lines.)
