Hello, judging from the filename this is not subbed, but the CVMC image gallery shows there is a subbed version. (The CVMC image gallery is worth checking out, in fact). I checked the common subs sites, nothing, if anyone comes across subs or a subbed version let us know.

Personally I find subs get in the way of the visuals

Thanks idler, this was a nice one. It had the typical teenage-boy-with-a-crush-on-an-older-woman antics along with some nice eye candy in both his same-age girlfriend and his little sister. I'm downloading starfish's version too so I can get more of the "in" jokes, so thanks starfish.
