Heigl did „Actors on Actors“ last week with Grey‘s Anatomy co-star Ellen Pompeo, meeting again after lie 15 years again. She talked about having had an „intimacy coordinator“ on the set of her new series „Firefly lane“ and how amazing she found it to be an actress but having a person next to you that will protect you and simply tell the director „she won’t do that“ „she won’t shoot it like this“, „she doesn’t feel comfortable with this“. Because the coordinator becomes the intermediary. It’s not the actress being the boogieman anymore when she says no to something (and has to have the guts to say no to something in the first place).
