Yes, you are correct. Only industry members are allowed in their professional association.
But they never say to you how the hell you can become a "registered" user, too.
By registering as a mere entry level non-professional member and logging in, I started to look around. The first thing I had to do was to repeatedly hit CTRL- to make the screen small enough (67%) for the top menu to be visible. (First picture.) Then I clicked "Join" on the far right of the menu. It gave me a list of the professions eligible (second picture) and the different grades of benefits by scrolling further down. (Third picture.) The PRO SERVICES include access to the short films.

By clicking "I WANT TO JOIN" / "JE VEUX ADHÉRER" at the bottom it should open your default computer email. That is where I stopped, because I was not about to send them an email pretending that I am an industry pro and begging to join their exclusive club. By contacting them via email, I assume they would share the membership requirements, such as possible annual fees.
