This is mostly a boy movie but there's a lot of nice scenery. French language with hard-coded English subs.

That looks exactly like the version posted here, which I am now resharing.

I found and have 4 versions, all of which are VHSrips. I was disappointed that I could not find a DVDrip!

This one next might be a little better even though it is a smaller file with lower bitrate, as it is not so overly bright. I chose basically the same times for comparison:
