Oh yeah, you're right. Well, then there was a point after all.
(Only uploaded myself to subscene.)
Subscene gives me considerably less hassle than opensubtitles.org, so I like it. Opensubtitles just has more subtitles, it seems, so I can't ignore it. Some Anonymous person appreciated your work enough to re-upload it to the more popular site, so it would be sure to get wider distribution! It has been downloaded 26 times at OS, so that was apparently a success!
There were some also Danish subtitles Released here at FLM by ptguardian in 2011, but I don't have them.
Here is the link to Essery's subtitles at Subscene:

As for the file, you can load it into avi file, depending on the player or use a program to hardcode in as handbrake, if I understand that is what you meant (?)
I know that external subtitles will play with AVIs. I know that subtitles can be hardcoded onto AVIs. What I MEANT is optional internal subtitles, as are often found in MKVs and sometimes in MP4s. I do not know if that is possible with AVIs: I do not think I have ever seen an AVI on its own where I could turn the subtitles on or off. Pillowbaker shared an eMule link to an AVI. I do not have that file and do not know if it even has hardcoded subtitles.
If an optional subtitle is in an MKV, it can be quickly extracted to an external file with SubtitleEdit. Then it can be used with other videos, and retimed or translated as needed. There are many times where I have a better (higher quality) video, but I download an older MKV just to get the subtitles from it!
