I swear there is this group that seems to put out fake BluRay releases of films that don’t have an actual BluRay. And they even pack them into .RAR files so probably just some malware…

I managed to find a 1080p web-dl of El niño es nuestro (1973) to go with the one massiveattack posted of Adiós, cigüeña, adiós (1971).

Adios.ciguena.adios.1971.1080p.FO.WEB-DL.AAC2.0.H.264-CREATiVE.mkv

Opensubtitles had English subs which, after adjusting for framerate, fit perfectly. They were in SubStation Alpha (.ssa) format, so I saved the file in that format and the standard .srt. Both are muxed into the .mkv file and both are included in the archive for anyone who might want to translate them into their language of choice.
