I still don't understand why this movie is called "Little Lips" ? Maybe at the time it needed a scandalous or misleading title ? It's not even Eva's nickname in the movie... I much prefer the 4 other titles never used (in France at least) : The Kid, Eva's Story, The Last Hope or Eva.

Someone made an uncut version. Too bad that the aspect ratio is changing during the scene changes and its just a normal upscale from SD to HD.

Yours still seems to be the most appropriate version in regards to quality and „uncut“

Inspired by DaveTheBoss's post I did the whole thing again.
I never was very happy with my 720p version.

I collected all the sources I could find in various places, did a lot of cutting, color editing, noise removal...
The “lost scenes” had VHS quality and I tried to make them look as good as possible.

It had the best picture quality (76 minutes, dubbed in Spanish, this one scene is not blurred).

I ended up in a 81 minutes movie in 1080p and really no scene is missing. So I declare it as uncut. You won't find a longer version.
