I guess that only one half of the file was combined by JD because I do remember that 11 of the 12 files were 4GB. I will download it again and combine the files myself. The 24GB file does not work.

These 12 parts on uloz.to is this an ISO image? Is this verified information?
I can't believe it.
Each of these parts has its own preview. If they were ISO parts then it would be impossible to make a preview.
My guess is that the 12 parts make up one mkv file.
I don't want to check, and maybe it would be enough to download just the first package and see what is inside.

If I am wrong, I apologise to everyone.

JD a second time, 48GB+ iso file nothing opens it. 7zip on 12 files produces same result. I don't have any way to try more.

Thank you for "taking one for the team", relic. I thought I was paranoid to be concerned, but it looks like there IS something wrong with it. If it needed a password it would demand it, so I don't know what the problem is.

I have hidden our ulozto links in the previous posts in SPOILERS and put warnings around them.

Relic.

One thing to try if you haven't already. Change the file extension to .rar and see if it opens. Probably not, but I've had that work on occasion.

Definitely the whole disc at that file size. The STREAM folder contains the theatrical version (about 23 GB) and three files corresponding to the three TV episode expanded version - a little over 8 GB each, for a total of 25. An .mkv of either version would be considerably smaller than the 49.6 GB of the full bluray.

The .iso file is probably just corrupt. All it would take is an error that doesn't trip any alarms (so to speak) during upload damaging one of the archives.

I downloaded both versions again today. The theatrical cut and the extended blu-ray (which is the 3 parts series). Can anyone tell, which secenes are missing in the about 23 minutes? I didn't find an answer in this 8-pages-thread. Thank you.

One way to know it is to compare subs for both cuts (some text editors have compare function)

I stopped watching the shorter version long ago so I no longer remember. (I want to spend as much time with the characters as possible.) I am pretty sure that the first version I saw was the shorter one. When I later watched the longer one immediately following a reviewing of the shorter, being fresh in my mind I could see the differences. There are many changes that are only a few seconds.

Here is some PARTIAL information which may be helpful.

Extended or added scenes with significant screentime:
Ronja and Birk capture their wild horses; two of the Mattis robbers are laughing and joking about some happy event, and tell Ronja to run home to see the surprise -- Lill-Klippen gives a thoughtful look when she leaves; Mattis, Skalle-Per, and Ronja discuss either uniting the robber clans or stopping robbing entirely; Borka dresses up as a noblewoman to trick Mattis; the Mattis robbers rescue the Borka men from soldiers; the opening and closing credits are repeated 3 times and Astrid does her "Previously on Ronja" narrated bits.

These are culled selectively from here: https://www.movie-censorship.com/report.php?ID=4581
The above is actually a comparison of the theatrical version with the extended GERMAN TV version, which it says is different from the SWEDISH TV version. Looking at that site, IMDB and my Swedish extended video, I get this:

126 minutes - theatrical version [IMDB info; movie-censorship says 120m, 42s]
135 minutes - German TV version [IMDB info; movie-censorship says 130m, 18s]
144 minutes - Swedish TV version [from the Swedish blu-ray rips]

The movie-censorship total runtime differences from IMDB are surely due to the PAL-DVD 25fps shorter runtime vs. film runtime. It certainly is a reminder that total runtimes from different sources can be misleading.

There are many scenes in the movie-censorship report where it frustratingly says "the theatrical version is longer". I suspect that those scenes are still complete in the Swedish version. (I just watched it a few days ago, and reading the movie-censorship report I kept saying to myself "WTF are you talking about? That is NOT missing from the extended version!") It also reports the Swedish version as being in SIX parts rather than THREE, so it is not the definitive and final word on the differences.

Thanks, Night.
I kept saying to myself "WTF are you talking about? That is NOT missing from the extended version!
Now there is even more confusion in my head. Sensorship? Which sensorship? Are there any deleted scenes? I would say "no".

The TV-series should have 6 parts and I think it's the longest version available. There is a German DVD at Amazon, but only in 3 parts. :(
