Which films that you love would you like to see remade?

''Encounter (2018)" should NEVER be remade, it is just THAT bad, describing it as gut wrenchingly of low quality would be very generous.
However.... it does too, contain an 10 year old actress with a "nude" role, or rather "nude-ISH" emphasis on the ISH and it's right here on youtube. Click the above link. The (N)OT scene starts around 1h25.


I'd like to add the following:
- Ender's Game (2013) with an actual 9 year old Ender Wiggin (actor was 15), a 10 year old Valentine Wiggin (actor was 16!), a 11 year old Petra (actor was 16!) and an actual 6 year old Bean (actor was 12!)
- The Twilight Saga: New Moon, with an an actual 12 year old Jane.(actor was 15yrs 2 mo's)
- Games of Thrones with an actual 12 year old Daenerys (the now quite chubby Emilia Clarke was 24!), the scene between her and Drogo (she watched it WITH her parents) would be ... eventful, painful to watch?

Are you saying that mama-dragon was 12? that Visery stripped her of her cloths and prepared her bath to give her to 'Aquaman'.... I guess that's what the novel states, I guess Rhaenyra was not an adult in her love affair with the guy either, if I dabble as a novelist in Wattpad with a story like that, they will delete my manuscript.

Are you saying that mama-dragon was 12? that Visery stripped her of her cloths and prepared her bath to give her to 'Aquaman'.... I guess that's what the novel states, I guess Rhaenyra was not an adult in her love affair with the guy either, if I dabble as a novelist in Wattpad with a story like that, they will delete my manuscript.

Also Sansa was only 12/13 when she married Tyrion and he had to fight the urge to consummate his marriage, and a scene that didn't make it into the series was Arya (9yo in the book) stripping off and bathing herself after crawling through the sewers below the red keep

In which chapter of which book is this scene?
I'd wager that a scene of a girl getting naked after crawling through a sewer is of a DIFFERENT quality, nature, signature, WEIGHT, than a 13 year old getting raped in a tent, by an adult male, in the midst of a large crowd of screaming horseback riders.... Maybe that's just me.
Also, not filming that scene, with or without said nine-year old could've been done out of several motivations, very different from one another:
- time and money
- speed of the story
- concern for the actress
- no availability of a body-double / stand-in who could play Arya ... This seems unlikely, given the hundreds of pr0n actresses with hardly any of the so-called "girl-parts". No I don't mean midgets, I'm referring to those of the 5 feet-90 pounds 'persuasion'.....

I'm not sure what Eeh-Eye is on about. The scene I was referring to is from the 1st book, before Eddard Stark loses his head. In the series Arya exits the red keep via the sewers/tunnels beneath and immediately goes to the main entrance to get back to her father.

Also, in the book Danaerys was not raped in a tent in the midst of a large crowd of screaming horseback riders. In the book she is taken a distance away from the camp by Drogo and seduces her (for the time period/setting of the books the scene could be called a seduction) and more or less ends when Danaerys encourages/assists Drogo to finger her.

The Arya scene was almost certainly not included because there was very little chance of a major Hollywood production including a scene with a naked 9yo (they aged up all the kid characters by at least 3 years so it wouldn't look so bad when they did some stuff) and the Danaerys scene was likely changed for a variety of reasons such as timing/pacing and them not wanting to show such a young character being relatively proactive when it comes to sex.

If GOT had been made in the 70's and the chapters were directed by Ivan Noel or Louis Malle, what do you suppose, in my opinion I would have wanted it to be Sweden or Netherland and not UK.

Speaking of Novel It adaptations of 2017 was better than 1990, they omit a scene I would have liked to see Sophia Lilis.

When I saw The White Queen in some scenes they married the heirs behind the line of succession, obviously children and went to Spain looking for the heiress of the Catholic kings and the memorable part was the dance of the princess.
